Position Summary
As Manager Store London, you will be an ambassador of the brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving substantial sales growth in the next future. In addition to assisting retail customers and current trade clients, by leading the in-store sales team, you will play a crucial role in
developing new relationships with the Key Players in the A+D community.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the London Sales strategy, ensuring growth through development of both direct Trade and Retail sales
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Key Clients in both residential and commercial interiors (Architectural & Interior Design practices, Real Estate developers, End clients B2B/B2C)
- Ensure significant Trade Sales growth by reaching out to your network in the A+D community and schedule meetings with key Interior Designers to present and strengthen our positioning
- Build and develop our Trade Client database and generate enquires and sales
- Meet the annual sales targets
- Develop, train, and coach the sales team to be fully prepared to ensure best-in-class customer service and experience through strong preparation in all relevant fields (e.g. products, company, history, sustainability policy, prices, certifications)
- Define and execute local marketing initiatives to support brand image and sales
- Ensure proper sales reporting to Chief Retail Sales Officer (sales forecast, KPI, pipeline management) and supervise correct use of the CRM software
- Work cross-team with HQ (Marketing, Customer service, Logistics) to ensure outstanding customer experience
- Represent the brand within the UK design community and at industry events
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in managerial roles within luxury, interior design, or retail
- Deep knowledge of the Interior Design Industry and strong network within A&D
- Outstanding track record of business development and sales growth
- Solid managerial skills and strong strategic vision
- Strong leadership and relevant experience in managing and motivating teams
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
What you get
- £50 – £80k basic pus capped commission – estimate of 20-30k year one
- Year 2 should be considerably larger
