About the Role:
Are you passionate about luxury interiors and creating memorable customer experiences? We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Showroom Consultant to join our team in the heart of London. You’ll play a key role in our vibrant showroom’s day-to-day operations, helping shape the space into a hub of inspiration for designers, architects, and clients alike.

Working closely with the Showroom Manager and collaborating with the Country Manager and Sales Team, you’ll be instrumental in delivering exceptional service, supporting showroom events, and connecting with the wider design community. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing tailored textile advice, creating mood boards, and sharing design inspiration.
  • Maintain the showroom’s operational standards, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment (including product samples, refreshments, and overall presentation).
  • Foster strong connections with the design community, from interior designers and specifiers to artists and influencers, through marketing initiatives and showroom events.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company’s ethos and delivering exceptional client interactions.
  • Support PR and communication efforts in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance the showroom’s presence within the industry.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree in Interior Design is a bonus, not required
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in the interior design or luxury retail sector.
  • Knowledge of luxury interiors and an appreciation of design and the arts.
  • Textile knowledge is a bonus, with a passion for creating inspiring spaces.
  • A positive, customer-centric attitude, with excellent communication skills.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and a natural problem-solver.
  • Strong networking skills, with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fluent English.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality.

Salary £33-35k plus a bonus
