London based furniture and interiors company is looking for an ambitious, talented Showroom Assistant to join our team.

This is a full-time role which will be based in our showroom in Pimlico

Previous customer service experience and an interest in design/interiors is essential. There is a real opportunity to progress your career within our team.

Responsibilities

Sales & Admin

Respond, engage and manage design and retail customers in a calm professional manner.

Reply to emails and phone calls with detailed and polite conversations

Resolve client issues using problem-solving and client service skills

Coordinate delivery of orders to ensure items are sent when required

Update clients on progress of orders, delivery timings, etc

Ensure client satisfaction levels are maintained

Showroom

Meeting and greet clients and walk-in customers

Excellent product and brand knowledge, to help guide product choice

Arranging and managing private viewing appointments when needed

Taking client orders at the showroom

Ensuring the general tidiness and upkeep of showroom

Help out with events organise and hosting

5 days a week in the showroom
