Purpose of the Role:
To deliver a superior customer experience while supporting both the sales team and external clients in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to all incoming emails and phone inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist the sales team with generating quotations, updating sales pipelines, and managing sample requests.
- Oversee the maintenance of sample stock levels at both the London showroom and the UK warehouse.
- Provide regular reports on incoming inquiries, quotes, and sample activity.
- Ensure the CRM database is kept up-to-date and accurate.
- Proactively manage opportunities outside of the immediate sales area.
- Stay informed on product developments, industry trends, and technical/installation updates.
- Maintain and update the company’s cloud storage and internal systems.
- Offer ongoing support to the sales team as required.
- Assist management with ad hoc tasks and projects.
- Provide cover for the Customer Services Manager during holidays or sickness.
- Support showroom activities and client events as needed.
- Ensure showroom and office standards are maintained at all times.
- Engage with key industry partners and retailers to foster relationships.
