Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the Account Management (AM) team to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of sales and client requests.
- Coordinate sales information on our business software and support communication with clients.
- Handle client enquiries and quotes efficiently, supporting the AM team in achieving company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Administration & Process Management:
- Coordinate sales admin tasks, record-keeping, and process management using our tailored business software.
- Collaborate with the Account Management (AM) team to build and manage quotations, ensuring timely delivery.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive product library, updating information regularly on the business software.
- Communicate with suppliers to register projects and secure competitive pricing.
- Assist the AM team in driving successful project wins and managing smaller sales inquiries.
- Client Support & Communication:
- Provide outstanding customer service by supporting communication with clients and answering the office phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Managed client queries, offering tailored FF&E (Furniture, fixtures, and equipment) solutions within budget constraints.
- Assist with building client presentations and creating operation and maintenance manuals for FF&E projects.
- Project & Sample Management:
- Help coordinate sample requests and manage the sample library, ensuring the AM team has the resources they need.
- Oversee the management of customer-owned materials (COM) for the sales team, ensuring seamless handling and usage.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by identifying areas for improvement and sharing ideas to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with the team to build the business and support growth initiatives, such as projects like Westcliff work.
