Position Objective:

The primary goal of this role is to drive growth by promoting the brand and positioning the company for long-term success through strategic sales, compelling presentations, and strong client relationships within the commercial workplace furniture sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a strong brand narrative, serving as a trusted resource to commercial furniture dealers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the workplace sector through research and market analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key dealer partners, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage project opportunities from lead generation through to post-installation support, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including bidding, logistics, and customer service, to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate agreements with dealer clients.
  • Manage and resolve warranty claims or customer concerns in a professional, efficient manner.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and market reach.
  • Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce (CRM) to support forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Provide valuable market feedback to internal teams to refine product offerings and client strategies.

What We Expect From You:

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the commercial furniture industry, particularly working with dealers.
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or dealer-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of workplace furniture solutions, sales processes, and dealer/client needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.

  • Expertise in managing dealer relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Salary & Benefits

💰 £40-55K + Excellent Commission (dependent on experience)
