Position Objective:
The primary goal of this role is to promote the brand and position the company for long-term, sustainable growth through effective messaging, presentations, and strategic selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and effectively communicate the brand strategy, serving as a valuable resource to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities within a designated region. Develop tailored approaches based on client needs, business objectives, and desired outcomes.
  • Identify key decision-makers and engage with potential clients to promote products and services.
  • Oversee project opportunities throughout all stages, from initial evaluation and quotation to post-installation support and follow-up.
  • Work closely with the Bidding department to prepare customer proposals and negotiate agreements.
  • Manage warranty claims and client complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Represent as a brand ambassador at key business meetings, trade shows, and other industry events.
  • Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to track all sales activities, ensuring up-to-date and accurate data.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the internal team for continuous improvement.

What We Expect From You:

Knowledge:

  • Experience as a business developer or sales manager within the contract furnishings industry (or a similar field).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or A&D (Architecture & Design) roles.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes and client needs.
  • Proficiency with CRM and project management software tools.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Expertise in project management and client relations.
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ethical in conduct, earning the trust and respect of colleagues and clients alike.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Salary

Depending on experience £50/70K + Good commission
