From project kick-off to final installation, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, clients stay happy, and teams stay aligned. If you love juggling multiple projects, building strong relationships, and making things happen, this role is for you.

Preferably someone from within the London furniture industry, with experience in support or coordination, would suit someone looking to learn and progress within a team.

What You’ll Do:

Client & Account Management

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients—becoming their trusted partner in all things design and build.
  • Be the main point of contact, coordinating presentations, services, orders, and all project-related activities.
  • Understand client needs inside and out, helping align business goals with creative and functional solutions.
  • Manage all client interactions, including third-party partners (contractors, A&D firms, project managers, etc.).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by being proactive, responsive, and solutions-focused.

Sales & Project Execution

  • Own the sales process—enter forecasts in the CRM, create detailed quotes, and present proposals.
  • Develop and execute service contracts and agreements with precision.
  • Ensure smooth project execution by identifying challenges early and keeping everything on track.
  • Oversee project implementation from start to finish, ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency.
  • Direct internal teams, including designers, project managers, coordinators, and installation crews.
  • Attend site visits, project meetings, and construction check-ins to make sure everything aligns with the vision.

Team Collaboration & Operations

  • Work hand-in-hand with clients, vendors, and internal teams to streamline processes and keep projects moving.
  • Manage project schedules, logistics, and work plans while ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
  • Provide clear communication, reporting, and updates to keep everyone in the loop.

What You Bring:

  • A strong background in account management, project management, or sales—bonus points if it’s in the contract furniture or design industry!
  • Excellent communication skills—you’re a natural at keeping clients and teams engaged and informed.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without missing a beat.
  • A deep understanding of the contract furniture industry, including design, project management, and customer service.
  • Experience with construction project processes and the ability to read architectural floor plans.
  • A knack for problem-solving, critical thinking, and process improvement—you see the big picture while managing the details.
  • Proficiency with business systems, CRM tools, and furniture product specifications.
  • An interior design background is a plus, but not required.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Work on exciting, high-impact projects that shape the future of workplaces.
  • Collaborate with a fun, passionate, and innovative team.
  • Opportunity to grow and expand your skills in a dynamic, fast-moving industry.

If you’re ready to be the driving force behind incredible projects and long-lasting client relationships, we’d love to hear from you!
