What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with clients and project teams to create stunning, functional workplaces.
- Gather project details, perform field verifications, and develop space plans that bring visions to life.
- Research and select furniture, materials, and finishes that balance style, budget, and performance.
- Collaborate with vendors for pricing and product information.
- Create design presentations that wow clients.
- Develop technical drawings, installation plans, and specifications.
- Ensure projects stay on track by managing budgets, timelines, and design approvals.
- Work with outsourced design service providers as needed to bring projects together seamlessly.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a dealership or A&D firm (a big plus!).
- Strong skills in AutoCAD 2018/CET, with CAP 2020 Worksheet preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and other design software.
- A great eye for design trends, space planning, and furniture solutions.
- Knowledge of building codes, ADA regulations, and workplace standards.
- Fantastic communication and presentation skills—whether in person or over virtual meetings.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make an impact!
