Searching for committed sales professionals with sales experience in furniture, lighting, flooring, or related sectors, to cover the dealer and A&D markets.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate and grow project sales via A&D or dealer channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, dealers, facility managers, architects, and designers
- Actively enhance brand recognition and reputation in the marketplace
- Present and sample product solutions
- Coordinate and manage leads, inquiries, and tenders
- Identify new dealerships and A&D practices, agreeing on delivery and payment terms with your manager
- Conduct product and sales training for A&D and dealer personnel
- Assist in marketing and promotion of office furnishings (focus on chairs, tables, and conference systems)
- Events and exhibitions
- Observe market trends, develop new market segments, and contribute to strategic planning
- Report on KPIs and project progress to senior colleagues
- Provide feedback to design teams on sales performance and product gaps
You:
- Have at least two years’ experience in a similar role in the office interior industry
- Established a strong network within the A&D, furniture dealer, or facility management community in the UK
- Possess basic knowledge of ergonomics
- Are comfortable in the architect and designer scene
- Thrive in a dynamic, competitive environment, representing a premium global brand
- Have a hands-on mentality, a positive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills
- Act as a central player between architects, dealers, and facility managers
