Searching for committed sales professionals with sales experience in furniture, lighting, flooring, or related sectors, to cover the dealer and A&D markets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate and grow project sales via A&D or dealer channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, dealers, facility managers, architects, and designers
  • Actively enhance brand recognition and reputation in the marketplace
  • Present and sample product solutions
  • Coordinate and manage leads, inquiries, and tenders
  • Identify new dealerships and A&D practices, agreeing on delivery and payment terms with your manager
  • Conduct product and sales training for A&D and dealer personnel
  • Assist in marketing and promotion of office furnishings (focus on chairs, tables, and conference systems)
  • Events and exhibitions
  • Observe market trends, develop new market segments, and contribute to strategic planning
  • Report on KPIs and project progress to senior colleagues
  • Provide feedback to design teams on sales performance and product gaps

You:

  • Have at least two years’ experience in a similar role in the office interior industry
  • Established a strong network within the A&D, furniture dealer, or facility management community in the UK
  • Possess basic knowledge of ergonomics
  • Are comfortable in the architect and designer scene
  • Thrive in a dynamic, competitive environment, representing a premium global brand
  • Have a hands-on mentality, a positive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Act as a central player between architects, dealers, and facility managers
