Sales D&B, Dealer and some A&D
Actively Seek New Customers & Manage Current Clients

Proactively identify and pursue new specifiers (e.g., architects, designers, and builders) as well as potential clients in the A&D space. Utilize industry networking, trade shows, and referrals to expand the company’s client base.

Develop Key Relationships with Specifiers:

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with high-end specifiers within the D&B / A&D community to ensure ongoing collaboration and brand loyalty. Position the company as a trusted partner and go-to resource for premium design and architecture solutions.

Ensure consistent follow-up and relationship-building activities with both new and existing clients.
Plan and Conduct Meetings/Product Presentations: Schedule and conduct regular client meetings and product presentations, showcasing the full range of the company’s offerings. Tailor presentations to specific client needs and highlight the advantages of the company’s product solutions.

Develop an in-depth knowledge of the entire product portfolio to offer solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs and project requirements.

Respond promptly to sales inquiries, providing product information, quotes, and proposals as needed.
Follow through to successfully close deals, negotiate terms and ensure client satisfaction.

Focus on building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of projects, ensuring consistent business flow and growth. Ensure CRM is utilized to track client interactions, manage follow-ups, and measure progress.

Work closely with the team to ensure that all clients are properly managed from dealer to designer
Provide an exceptional customer experience by offering insights and guidance on products and solutions available in the showroom.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build accounts to exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals.
  • Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and address any training needs within the team to boost performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly,

£

  • Basic Salary: £50,000.
  • Bonus: Expected to be in the range of £15,000 – £20,000 per annum.
  • Pension Contribution: 5%.
