Role and responsibilities

You will be responsible for expanding and enhancing EU & UK trade and contracts, along with managing sales through overseeing the EU & UK sales team, processes, and playbook. Your role involves establishing a client network for trade and contracts. Leveraging your prior experience and connections, you are expected to refine the operational procedures. Your contribution will be crucial in advancing our sales and shaping the brands program within the EU & UK market, ensuring excellent service for our trade clients.

  • Proven expertise in identifying and converting leads into customers.
  • Skilled in closing deals and driving sales growth.
  • Effective at maintaining and enhancing relationships with trade and contract clients.
  • Ability to actively strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Experience in training and developing team members, providing guidance, and fostering growth.

Objectives

  • Expand Sales in EU & UK: Develop strategies to increase overall sales in these regions. Implement tactics to attract and secure new sign-ups
  • Manage Clients: Cater to the needs of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Manage Account Managers: Lead and oversee PRO account managers to ensure effective client management and achievement of goals.
  • Increase Conversion Rates: Utilize sales strategies and tactics to boost conversion rates.
  • Enhance Sales Language: Improve the effectiveness of sales communication in digital peer-to-peer interactions.
  • Set Sales Targets & Reporting
  • Successful Launches of New Collections: Define sales targets and manage performance reporting to track progress. Plan and execute successful introductions of new product collections.
